Harbor|9 is a fully integrated suite of Unemployment Insurance (UI) software solutions, providing a central, shared infrastructure with modules for every necessary UI function or capability. Modules include defined interfaces in which many approaches or systems could theoretically fit. Harbor|9 provides the infrastructure which handles communication between modules, streamlining the unemployment insurance operations timeline.

Solid State secures, monitors, scales, protects, and supports each application offered on Harbor|9. All applications and services properly leverage Microsoft’s Azure cloud security features. State of the art security is enforced at the container, application, and data layers.
Harbor|9 infrastructure, as well as the applications and services that it delivers, is presented to our government customer in integrated portals. Integrated portals provide a one-stop-shop for stakeholders to interact with the system.
Specialized portals are provided to State Agency customers and vendors
