BOISE, Idaho (June 12, 2021) – Solid State Operations is pleased to introduce its new General Counsel, Christina Mott Hesse. Recognized as a meticulous, results-driven strategist and litigator, Christina’s most salient characteristic may be her creative approach to meeting the needs of individual cases and clients, and to adapting to the ever-changing shifts in the legal landscape.
Before joining Solid State, Christina successfully represented individual and corporate clients in numerous complex civil suits while working with established firms in Boise and Boston. Her extensive litigation experience includes medical malpractice, employment, and intellectual property cases. She has also worked directly with Superior Court Justices in all phases of civil and criminal litigation including trials, hearings, motions, and jury instruction. Christina has published articles in a variety of journals, and she continues to participate in pro-bono and non-profit efforts.
“I’m excited to be a part of the growth trajectory of the company,” Christina says. “I enjoy looking at issues from multiple perspectives, bringing an analytical and strategic piece to a situation, and confirming compliance with rules and laws that make sense with the culture and vision of the company.”
As General Counsel, Christina will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance on legal issues and risk mitigation strategies. She will provide guidance, consultation, and support to the leadership and management teams on a comprehensive range of legal and associated issues. She will also make recommendations on regulatory compliance, government contracting, and corporate governance issues.
When Christina is not performing as General Counsel, she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors. She is a prolific marathon runner, and she and her husband are currently expecting their second son.
Solid State Operations is delighted to welcome Christina Mott Hesse to the team and is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and premier services to state and federal government agencies.
